Hello Family. We covered great information at our last Smith Family Reunion Zoom meeting,  on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Our Meeting time: Tuesday at 5:00pm PST, 6:00pm MST, 7:00pm CST, and 8:00pm EST

I would like to say thank you to Kaaja for preparing our PowerPoint presentation that we will follow during our next meeting. And I would like to say thank you to Mwokozi for preparing our surveys and helping with the Zoom meetings. 
Day 1 – Friday, 8/29/2025 Meet and Greet Day!  Holiday Inn, Slidell, LA , 3 pm at the Holiday Inn Express:  1255 Frontage Rd, Slidell, LA 70460 Phone: (985)888-1990  Once we receive confirmation from Kaaja, we can begin making our reservation.  A link will be placed our  website.  
Day 2 - Saturday, 8/30/2025 - 1pm to 6pm Lacombe Parks and Recreation/Rec District 4, John Davis Park, 61100 N 12th St, Lacombe, LA 70445. Lunch will be served from 2 to 4 pm.

We will discuss our meal options and price. 

Day 3 – Sunday, 8/31/2025 Sunday activities will be discussed.  Here is one possibility. Schedule brunch at a local Slidell Restaurant from 10am to 1pm. We can reserve a room for our group, followed by our Slidell tour. 
1. Hospitality - Bobby and Clarence - Please let us know what the tour will consist of and what we can expect to see. 
2. A survey was sent out about the family lineage book.  We are trying to determine how many are actually interested in purchasing a book.  We will have a price available for book about 200 pages.     
3. Videos/Photographs – Mwokozi and Jerome, READY
4. Games & Talent show – Update needed! Games Angela (515)490-8827 & Video Games Dhani (346)779-1657.
5. Set-up & Clean up Committee – Deborah, Queya and Issac.
6. Information been submitted about the Bounce House.  We will discuss this.  
7. T-shirts, we need pricing and input, from everyone in our group that can help.
