Summary from the Smith Family Reunion Zoom meeting, on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

The Smith Family Reunion will be held from Friday, 8/29/2025  to Sunday, 8/31/2025.

 

Final Reminder: Sunday, March 30, 2025, is the last day to make corrections to the Smith Family Reunion Descendant book.  Donald mentions that the price for a book will be about $25.00.  For anyone interested in ordering a book, our goal is to start submitting orders and making payments in the month of April. Please keep an eye on the website for any new and updated information about orders.   To make sure all your family information is correct, go to the website at: https://members.smithmorrisjonesfosterfamily.org  You must register in order to access the website.  If you are unable to access the website please contact Donald Smith at: (770)314-3065 text or dons568@yahoo.com email.  Remember: Sunday, March 30^th is the last day to make corrections or additions for the book.   

$65 Per Persons is the dollar amount needed from each person for our family reunion. That is the cost for your meal on Saturday, your meal on Sunday and your T-shirt.
$10 Per Underage Child is the dollar amount needed for any child that is 5 years of age or younger.  $10.00 is the cost for each underage child's T-shirt.  Their meal is free.  This applies to underage children ONLY!
Payment Arrangements - We want strong participation.  Therefore, we are setting up a payment arrangement system.    Here is the payment schedule.  Take the total amount of dollars for your family members and divide it by 5.  That will give you the amount you will have to pay starting on April 10th, then May 10, June 10^th, July 10^th, and August 10^th.   If you do not need a payment arrangement, we are asking that you make a minimal deposit of $50.00 by April 10^th.  Our Budget Head is Myrtis Holder.
